With an increased role in what his sophomore campaign, his numbers were expected to ascend, but it is his shooting that has surprised many this season. The fifth pick in the 2017 NBA Draft out of Kentucky is averaging 17.8 points, 7.5 assists and shooting 38 percent from three-point range, which these statistics are up 6.2, 3.1 and 7.3 respectively from his rookie year.

    The Sacramento Kings are the surprise team of the early NBA season and point guard De'Aaron Fox is a big reason for the quick start. Fox is known for his incredible speed and quickness, but he's added a new element to his game this year that is opening up the spacing on the floor and allowing him even more room to operate. After shooting 30.7 percent from behind the arc in his rookie campaign, Fox has come out hot early, knocking down 19-of-43 from 3-point range for a blistering 44.2 percent.
