  • Kings vs. Nuggets watch guide: Lineups, injury report, player usage

After an extremely successful 5-1 homestand, the Sacramento Kings look to finish off their pre-All-Star break schedule strong on the road. The Kings ran over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday afternoon to move four games over the .500 mark on the season. With the win and a Clippers loss, Sacramento moved into a virtual tie with Los Angeles for the eighth-best record in the Western Conference.

  • Newcomers settling in for Grizzlies, Bulls

The Bulls are on pace to lose 63 games, which would be the third-worst total in franchise history.

  • Kings Under Review: Marvin Bagley takes game to new heights against Suns

The Sacramento Kings finished their season-long six-game homestand Sunday evening with another victory to finish the block at 5-1. Led by the hot shooting of Devin Booker and a late surge from rookie Deandre Ayton, the Suns made it interesting in the fourth. Sacramento rode a career night from rookie Marvin Bagley and received solid contributions up and down the roster to pull out the 117-104 win.

  • Don't look now, but Marvin Bagley III is coming into his own with career game against the Suns

In 24.2 minutes per game, he's fourth on the team with 13.3 points per game, which is also sixth among all rookies. Kings fans may be disappointed that they passed on Doncic — what with his triple-doubles, creative passes and knack for clutch shots — but since returning from a knee injury that sidelined him for 12 games, Bagley has taken things to another level. In the 15 games since his return, Bagley is averaging 14.8 points per game, and that mark is up to 16.7 points per game in the nine games since his minutes returned to normal and he first cracked the 30 minutes mark.
