  • NBA Buzz: Zach LaVine appears to be all the way back

When the Bulls made the blockbuster trade for Jimmy Butler in June 2017, the key to the deal was their belief Zach LaVine could return to the form that made him one of the league's rising stars before tearing an ACL during his third season with the Timberwolves. At the time of the injury, LaVine was averaging 18.9 points a game while shooting nearly 39 percent from deep (plus two Slam Dunk Contest trophies). Bulls fans know what happened next.

  • After investing $100 million on offense, Bulls will only go as far as the defense takes them

Year 2 of the Bulls' rebuild under John Paxson and Gar Forman began with the franchise committing more than $100 million to offense. The investments weren't poor ones, either, as 23-year-old Zach LaVine is two years removed from a 19-point, 46-percent shooting campaign. Jabari Parker has averaged 17 points on 49 percent shooting over his last 82 games.

  • Zach LaVine in Twitter beef with fish restaurant that roasted him over big contract

Zach LaVine was minding his own business Sunday when a Baltimore seafood restaurant attacked his value as a basketball player on Twitter. The NBA always provides fertile ground for Twitter disputes. LaVine, purportedly minding his own business on an offseason weekend, looked down on his Twitter feed to find a seafood restaurant from Baltimore taking shots at him over his new deal with the Chicago Bulls.

  • NBA Buzz: The Bulls look like the best bet on the board

Apparently, whoever was involved in setting the summer over-under win total for NBA teams made a big mistake, which means a great opportunity for Bulls fans to make some easy money. The Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas set the Bulls' win total for the 2018-19 season at 27.5, which is just a half game more than they won last season while suffering through a myriad of injuries and ever changing line-up combinations. Add in a full summer and training camp for a fully healthy Zach LaVine, and improved chemistry for the trio of LaVine, Kris Dunn and Lauri Markkanen, and even the most pessimistic NBA analyst would project the Bulls to win 30 games minimum.

  • Zach LaVine dishes on free agency, defense, and his plan to lead the Bulls back to glory: 'I want to be great'

The chaos of restricted free agency never truly reached Zach LaVine's feet, as the guard was too busy working in the Seattle area, strengthening his body and hitting the court to continue the evolution of his game. "The offer sheet happened and thank God the Bulls matched it. LaVine sat down with NBCSportsChicago for an exclusive interview days after his deal was finalized-and one day after he welcomed to Chicago a new teammate, fellow 2014 draftmate Jabari Parker.
