  • Timberwolves' Andrew Wiggins cuts ties with agent after negotiation of max deal

    Andrew Wiggins has decided to part ways with agent Bill Duffy and his firm, BDA Sports, shortly after Duffy negotiated for a max contract extension with the Timberwolves. Wiggins filed paperwork to end his partnership with Duffy and BDA Sports, even though the Timberwolves recently sent the agency the terms for a five-year contract worth $148 million. Duffy said other agencies have been trying to contact Wiggins and promise him extra perks if he jumped ship from BDA Sports.
