  • Jackson's season-high 29 lifts Pistons over Nets

Reggie Jackson scored 12 of his season-high 29 points in the fourth quarter as the Detroit Pistons withstood Andre Drummond's ejection and beat the Brooklyn Nets 108-96 on Sunday night. Drummond posted his 59th double-double of the season with 13 points and 14 rebounds. With 21 seconds remaining in the third quarter, Ish Smith missed a short jumper and before Joe Harris could get the defensive rebound, Drummond and Acy jostled for position.

  • Jackson, Johnson lead Pistons to 108-96 win over Nets

With one All-Star out injured and another banished to the locker room, the Detroit Pistons pulled it together to preserve their slim playoff hopes for at least another day. Reggie Jackson scored 29 points, Stanley Johnson had 17 and the Pistons beat the Brooklyn Nets 108-96 on Sunday night. 'Sometimes you have to figure out a way to win,' said Anthony Tolliver, a nine-year veteran who has played on nine different teams, this his second stint with Detroit.

  • Drummond has another big night, Pistons beat Knicks 115-109

Blake Griffin sat with his injured ankle wrapped on one side of the locker room while Reggie Jackson dressed on the other. The Detroit Pistons didn't get to see much of them together on the court, part of the reason their playoff hopes are just about finished. Andre Drummond narrowly missed a second straight 20-20 game with 22 points and 17 rebounds, and the Pistons beat the New York Knicks 115-109 on Saturday for their fourth straight victory.

  • Drummond's 20-20 game leads Pistons past Wizards

The Detroit Pistons might have waited too long to start a serious push for the playoffs, though they are hoping to at least make things interesting for the Milwaukee Bucks. Andre Drummond scored 24 points and pulled down 23 rebounds, and the Pistons beat the Washington Wizards 103-92 on Thursday night for their fifth win in six games. 'This wasn't a pretty game, but we found a way to get the win and stay in the hunt,' Reggie Jackson said.

  • Wizards' Otto Porter helped off court after spraining right ankle vs. Pistons

Another NBA playoff team watched a key contributor go down in pain on Thursday, as Washington Wizards swingman Otto Porter Jr. came up limping early in the third quarter of their matchup with the Detroit Pistons. Just over three minutes into the second half in Detroit, Porter defended Pistons wing Stanley Johnson on a drive to the basket. Porter appeared to grimace as he planted his right foot to stand his ground against the charging Johnson, who pivoted into the doubling Marcin Gortat before tossing the ball back out to point guard Reggie Jackson near half-court to reset the possession.
